Donate

With your donation, you can help support Mental Health Mates in reaching more people across the United Kingdom who are in need of a peer support network.

The more people we are able to reach, the more peer support services we can offer to those who need it most.

We are hugely grateful for any support you can provide, big or small. It enables us to continue connecting, supporting and championing people around the UK who struggle with their Mental Health.

Get in touch

Contact us if you are interested in setting up a walk near you or if you have an enquiry.

If you’re in crisis, please see the ‘Support’ page for registered charities and service providers who can help, or call 999 if the crisis is severe. Unfortunately, Mental Health Mates cannot take the place of therapists, specialist charities or medical professionals, so we would always urge you to contact relevant services who are trained to give crisis support.
